Cancellation of Admission / Refund Policy of Fees

This Cancellation of Admission / Refund Policy of Fees is applicable to the websites and platforms operated by or associated with Banaskantha District Kelvani Mandal (BKDKM), including:

Banaskantha District Kelvani Mandal and its associated institutions reserve the right to cancel the admission / registration of a student during any period of the academic session.

Fees and payments may be collected in the official bank accounts of Banaskantha District Kelvani Mandal or its associated institutions such as:

  • B.K.Mercantile Bank Law College, Palanpur
  • G.D.Modi College of Arts, Palanpur

Payments may also be collected through authorized payment gateways and platforms including Razorpay, UPI, net banking, debit cards, credit cards, QR codes, or other officially communicated payment methods.

Students, parents, guardians, donors, and payers agree that payments made to any officially communicated account or payment method authorized by BKDKM or its associated institutions shall be treated as valid payments towards admissions, fees, courses, activities, services, donations, or other institutional purposes.

Cancellation by the Parent

If the parent or student chooses to withdraw admission from the institution for any reason whatsoever, refund or cancellation requests shall be considered only as per the applicable policies, rules, timelines, approvals, and terms communicated by BKDKM or the respective institution.

Once the admission process is completed, fees paid may be non-refundable depending on the applicable institutional policies and approval of management.

If for any reason a parent / student has paid in excess of the required amount through cheque, draft, UPI, Razorpay, net banking, credit/debit card, electronic fund transfer, cash, or any other payment method, the excess amount may be adjusted against future fees or may be refunded after verification and approval by the institution.

Cancellation by BKDKM / Institution

If circumstances require BKDKM or any associated institution to cancel the admission, the concerned student / parent may be informed regarding the reason for cancellation.

In cases found genuine and legitimate by the management, the institution may process refund of fees on a case-to-case basis through an approved payment method.

Any approved refund shall be processed through the original payment method, bank transfer, or any other approved mode within a reasonable time, subject to verification, institutional approval, banking procedures, and applicable policies.

Users are advised to make payments only to officially communicated bank accounts, Razorpay links, UPI IDs, QR codes, or payment channels authorized by BKDKM or its associated institutions.
